In the side it is most important part to make our body and the other side it is harmful for our health if we take a huge amount of fat at randomly. So one should take fat at a minimal scale. One have to maintain the BMI scale. Because it is more helpful to measure a human body where it is high the person is fatter compared to the height of the body of the man. There are many sources of those vitamin like as various kinds of fruits, vegetables, small fishes and roots of trees. It is a chemical that your body needs to stay healthy. A healthy diet should supply all necessary vitamins and minerals. The structure of the body is formed by the mineral salt. Basically natural water from underground, containing dissolved minerals which are believed to be good for your health. In everyday life you have been eating many mineral food items. So these are mainly used to make one body structure.

The last food item is water. It has no taste and no color. But it's important is immeasurable. Because 70% of our body element is made by water. So this no taste element is very strong element in building up our body. If you wanna eat something you must drink water because your maxillary gland have limitation to extract of mucilage. As our body need a plenty of  water so we must drink at least 5.00 liter in a single day. Make sure you have to drink poisonous free water. You can drink still/carbonated mineral water.
